Job Summary:

As an Ecommerce Executive at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence. You will play a key role in driving online sales, maintaining product listings, monitoring market trends, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers on our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and traffic across ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Management:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information on all ecommerce platforms (descriptions, images, specifications).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather product updates, pricing, and new launch details.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to ecommerce orders.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through online channels.
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track sales performance, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on the performance of ecommerce platforms.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce tools, technologies, and strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to ecommerce, business, or technology.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales (preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, SEO, and online customer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Compensation:

  • CTC (Cost to Company): 18,000-25,000
