Business Development Cum Organization Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote our clinic's services and products through both online and offline channels.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic smoothly.
  • Interact with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable treatments and product suggestions.
  • Create and deliver clear and engaging presentations to clients.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Make cold calls to introduce our clinic to potential customers.
  • Organize and conduct events, workshops, and stalls at malls, offices, and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the team to meet monthly sales and service targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends and suggest new strategies for business growth.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the clinic team and management.
  • Lead the team when required, and provide motivation and support to achieve goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
