  • Salary: $55,900 - $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
  • Permanent Part-time positions available
  • Rosters available between Monday-Sunday
  • Locations: Mosman Park, Balcatta, Duncraig, Gosnells, Lockridge and Eden Hill

We are looking for Support Workers with ample availability to work at our Supported Accommodation to support adults with high care and complex disability needs including our new Shift NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation.

About the Support Worker role:

  • Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home, facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments, personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers.
  • Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way.
  • Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.
  • Ensure all supports and services provided are accurately documented and accounted for through time-sheets, case notes, incident reporting, etc.

We are looking for:

  • People who are available Monday-Sunday for our supported accommodation houses
  • Can demonstrate a commitment to an inclusive and person-centred environment
  • Previous experience working with people with a range of disabilities
  • Can adapt to working in a person's home and contribute to a positive environment
  • Solid understanding of active support
