Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relations Manager located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relations Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, handling client issues promptly, and providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the infrastructure or real estate industry is a plus
