Key Responsibilities:

1.Contract Drafting & Negotiation:

oDraft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including leaseagreements, sub-lease agreements, service agreements, property managementcontracts, facility management contracts, design and build contracts.

2.Dispute Resolution & Litigation:

oManage and resolve legal disputes related to real estate transactions, including tenant-landlord disputes, vendor disputes, breach of contract issues, and disputes with thirdparties.

3.Corporate Governance:

oSupport the companys internal legal governance, ensuring that all legal operationswithin the organization is aligned with corporate governance practices.

oAssist in compliance

oStrong knowledge of commercial real estate law, property laws, lease agreements, andreal estate transactions.

oExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

oAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
