We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive / Specialist or specifically from Real Estate to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging various tools and strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to support our sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for company sales growth.

Position: Lead Generation Executive / Specialist

Salary: 40K to 60K CTC PM

Location: Noida, Sector -90.

Job Description:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase website traffic.
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Optimize for SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve our online ranking and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage social media: Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, engaging with our audience and promoting our services.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook /Meta Ads and other social media ads, to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments to inform strategy and campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our sales and real estate teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Real Estate Industry, is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and digital analytics.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative and engaging content tailored to the real estate market.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads , other social media ads platforms and CRM systems.
