Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive measurable growth through data-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate high-quality leads, improve ROI, and strengthen our marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad experimentation (A/B testing) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and manage landing pages in collaboration with design and content teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall brand goals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic tracking setups.
