Role - Sales Coordinator Branded Business
Position Title : Sr. Executive/ Executive
Department : Sales and Marketing
Grade/Level Reporting To : Regional Head (Branded Business)
Reportees - Education and Experience
Required Education : Graduation / PG (Bcom, MA,PGDMM, B.Sc.)
Experience: 7 - 9 years.
Basic Function
The position holder is responsible for effective coordination of Sales related activities between the front end sales team and the back end function to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the customers. The role holder is expected to coordinate between customer, planning, production and dispatch teams. The role is also responsible for OTIF management for the assigned region / team, finished goods clearance, pending order tracking and initiating repeat sales order.

- Adherence to turn around time (TAT) - Sales Order Release, RM clearance etc.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Coordination
Operational Activities
- Ensure that all Sales orders are updated accurately and Sales Order is released in agreed timelines to the satisfaction of customers
- Ensure adherence to sales procedures and guidelines
- Ensure preparation of daily sales report
- Coordinate with Central Planning team to ensure appropriate allocation of job work to achieve the sales targets
- Keep a track on pending order release in the system and ensure that any hurdles or issues which will hamper the delivery schedule are highlighted and resolved in consultation with the sales team
Coordination with Sales team
- Driving collection process with Regional Sales teams and KAM's to achieve their targets. Monitor on day to day basis.

- Collaborate with the Sales role and provide precise sales information to sales support for sales order release in the system
- Ensure that all information required by the Sales Support team such as KLD specifications, Colour details, Finishing details etc. is made available
Activities related to New Development
- Ensure that all necessary details required for new development are made available to the PDD and Pre Press teams
- Ensure that accurate details are shared with the costing team and get the required quotations for the Sales team to discuss with the customers
- Provide information required for IOM and follow up with the PDD function in case of SDO for sample release
- Follow-up with the Sales team to get customer approvals on finalized layouts / artwork
Coordination with other internal teams
- Coordinate with planning team to schedule the order
- Collaborate with customer, planning, production and purchase teams during urgent requirement to ensure customer deadline are adhered with
- Coordinate with customer and dispatch team for clearance of excess finishes goods
- Provide necessary informational details to customer like dispatch plan, dispatch status and update them in case of any changes
- Ensure that customer is informed on order status and expected delivery date
- Ensure that the customer complaints and quality issues are addressed by quality department
Customer Related
- Liaisons and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Understand the client requirement and provide precise information to the interdependent teams in the backend
MIS and Reporting
- Keep a track of pending order and provide necessary reports
- Ensure that the NCR report is submitted to quality team to address the customer grievances and complaints
- Ensure that the information passed from sales department to the interdependent team are complete, clear, correct and precise
