  • Actively monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and voice.
  • Track and analyze competitor social media activity to identify best practices and potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all visual and written assets are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for each platform.
  • Maintain and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting of campaigns and daily content.
  • Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers and brand advocates for collaborations and partnership opportunities.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in developing and executing effective social media strategies to achieve defined marketing and engagement goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interest or experience in short-form video content creation (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, copywriting, and storytelling.

Freshers with a strong passion for social media, creativity, and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
