The Accounting Specialist will work with other members of the Professional Services Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who exhibits excellent client service, drives process efficiency, and partners well with others.

Key Roles and Responsibilities- Review and approve contractor bills to ensure accurate coding for financial reporting
- Record cash receipts to proper account and updates account reconciliations
- Assist in process to ensure invoices are submitted and approved in customer portals
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Interact with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accuracy of customer correspondence
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across teams
- Assist team members with special projects as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience range- 4 to 6 years
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, desire to learn processes from beginning to end
- Preferred knowledge and experience with financial reporting systems, including NetSuite and SalesForce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and schedules
- Proactively and effectively communicate status and challenges encountered

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidates relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
