Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) for escalations.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (C-SAT).
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 0–1 years of experience in customer service/call center/voice process (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required).
