We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with a proven track record in sales and business development of Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT (Cable industry), within the targeted region or location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve predetermined sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.
- Implement effective sales and business development strategies to penetrate new markets and improve market share.
- Expand and strengthen the customer base and distribution network to improve brand visibility and availability.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, guide, and develop the local sales team, fostering a high-performance and target-oriented culture.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant experience in sales and business development in Cable industry (Electrical Power and Control Cables for LT & HT).
- Established track record in the location/area of operation is essential.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
