Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately and on time.
  • Maintain Tally accounts, including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments entries.
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts, petty cash handling, and bank-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules, dispatch updates, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence systematically.
  • Coordinate internally with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts and office coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
