Hiring for Stock and Accounts Executive

Experience :- 1 To 4 Year

Location :- Masjid Bunder

Salary :- 15K To 18K In hand

Qualification :- Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.

· Monitor stock levels and notify management of low, slow-moving, or excess items..

· Receive incoming materials, check quantities, and verify against purchase orders.

· Prepare outward challans, delivery notes, and coordinate with logistics..

· Maintain stock registers, inward/outward registers, and daily stock movement logs.

Create daily/weekly stock reports for management

· Ensure all documents (bills, challans, POs) are filed correctly for audit purposes.

· Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payments).

· Assist in preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and credit/debit notes.

· Handle petty cash management and maintain supporting documents

· Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(Graduates and Post Graduates Only).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred).

  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic documentation workflows and (Tally Preferred).

  • Understanding of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain processes is a plus.
