About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated BDE to support our sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and CRM management. This is a great opportunity to start a career in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients and industry trends
- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and outreach
- Manage and update CRM with client data
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value.
- Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
