Job Overview
Electrica Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Officer Finance to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial accounting, taxation, reporting, and statutory compliance, with the ability to independently manage financial operations across multiple entities. This role is best suited for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-company environment and is proficient in ERP systems like SAP and Tally. The candidate should also be capable of managing export-import (Exim) documentation, supporting audits, and preparing key financial reports for internal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- Perform daily bookkeeping and manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Monitor and manage invoices, collections, and vendor payments.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain financial accuracy across all ledgers.
- Independently manage financial operations for group companies and handle Director's personal accounts.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Calculate and file monthly TDS; manage quarterly TDS return filings.
- Manage GST compliance including monthly/annual return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B).
- Prepare and submit documentation for GST refund on export of goods and services.
- Ensure timely PF, PT, and other statutory payments.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports: sales reconciliation, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) percentage analysis.
- Support Finance Manager in internal reporting and data accuracy.
Export-Import (Exim) Activities
- Manage documentation for inward/outward remittances.
- Coordinate with the bank for IDPMS/EDPMS closure and E-BRC generation.
- Work with consultants on MEIS, RoDTEP, EPCG, SEIS, and other DGFT benefit schemes.
- Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation in compliance with Exim regulations.
Audit Support
- Address audit queries and prepare required documentation.
- Assist in conducting physical stock and inventory audits for all related entities.
- Provide accurate financial data for statutory and internal audits.

Desired Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting roles.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an automotive or manufacturing plant environment.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP & experience in Accounts Payable, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Reporting.
- Prior experience with manufacturing or export-driven companies is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS portals, and DGFT documentation preferred.
Technical Skills
- ERP: SAP HANA B1 Customized, Tally ERP
- Tools: Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Portals: GST, TDS, Income Tax, ICEGATE, DGFT
