Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving all sales activities and operations at the branch level. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, achieving branch sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep sales expertise, and the ability to grow branch revenue sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the branch sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the local market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper execution of all marketing and promotional initiatives within the branch.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage branch administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports.

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Growth in branch revenue and customer base
  • Team productivity and retention
  • Sales conversion rates
