Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Provide overall guidance to the sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance
- Create and drive strategic business plan ensuring growth in market share and business volumes through demand generation
- Be the custodian of the overall P&L management of the sales division for the branch
- Drive innovative customer satisfaction/retention programme to delivery greater Customer Delight Index
- Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share etc. of the branch to formulate marketing and sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse correction
- Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience
Requirements & skills
- 10-15 years experience in Sales and Marketing with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership
- Must be a graduate
- Ability to build high performing teams
- Excellent business networking and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with modern business practice and digital orientation
- Customer centricity and quality orientation
- Excellent Analytical skills to evaluate financial and non-financial performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹850,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
- Automotive Industry: 10 years (Preferred)
