Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Director/CEO/Head of Business Development
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
 - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
 - Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored IT solutions (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Software Development, etc.).
 - Achieve sales targets and prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
 - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
 - Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
 - Work with the marketing team to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
 - Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
 - Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and exhibitions.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
 - Proven work experience (3–4 years) as a Business Development Manager/Executive in the IT industry.
 - Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
 - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.).

- Number of new clients acquired.
 - Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
 - Quality of client relationships and retention rate.
 - Conversion ratio from leads to closed deals.
 - Contribution to overall business strategy and market expansion.
