We are looking for a Sales Executive with automobile showroom experience who is passionate about cars and has the ability to engage customers effectively. The candidate should be able to explain car models, assist customers in decision-making, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Explain car models, features, specifications, and pricing in detail.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge of the latest cars and automobile trends.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan/EMI processing.
  • Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of cars, brands, and automobile features.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile showroom sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and approachable personality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in car showroom sales is highly preferred.
  • Passion for automobiles and customer service.
  • Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
