About the Role

Were building a next-gen talent engine — and we're looking for a Recruiter who can help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions. This is a role for someone who doesn't just "post and pray" — but takes a creative, data-driven, and hands-on approach to sourcing and recruiting.

You'll have the freedom to shape hiring strategies, craft compelling job posts, and work across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
  • Write creative, engaging job descriptions that attract top-tier talent
  • Post jobs and manage campaigns on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and more
  • Proactively source candidates using Boolean search on Resdex and other tools.
  • Leverage ATS and reporting tools to optimize hiring effectiveness.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of future talent for key roles.
  • Bring fresh ideas to how we scale our hiring efforts.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple roles across functions
  • Creativity in job marketing and candidate outreach
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and platform mechanics (especially Naukri & LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for spotting problem-solvers, builders, and culture fits
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • A builder mindset — you don't just follow process, you improve it
