Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, effectively communicating benefits and features.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, feeding insights back to the team.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships.Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
