We're now looking for a Business Development Executive in or around Mangalore who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Proactively cold call potential clients and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.Follow up on inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into long-term customers.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and relationship-building.Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations, proposals, and quotations.Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
