𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Looking for fresh graduates who want to build a career in operations, program execution, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale initiative management. This role focuses on execution excellence—ensuring that academic partnerships, student programs, events, and community initiatives run smoothly, on time, and as per defined SOPs. They will start as an Operations Intern, progress to an Operations Trainee, and eventually transition into a full-time Operations Executive, subject to performance and business requirements. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 1. Operations & Program Execution Support the execution of city-level and regional initiatives under Cloud Counselage and IACCoordinate end-to-end operations for employability programs, internships, and academic initiativesEnsure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and SOPsTrack daily operational tasks and ensure smooth on-ground and virtual execution 2. Academic & Institutional Operations Assist in onboarding colleges and universities into the IAC ecosystemCoordinate with college authorities, faculty, placement cells, and entrepreneurship cellsSupport MoU coordination, faculty programs, student onboarding, and institutional follow-upsMaintain accurate records of academic partnerships and program participation 3. Event & Activity Operations Support planning and execution of webinars, workshops, hackathons, mentorship sessions, career fairs, and campus eventsCoordinate logistics, registrations, communication, and schedulingEnsure operational readiness and compliance with event guidelinesTrack attendance, participation, and feedback for each activity 4. Community & Volunteer Operations Coordinate with student volunteers, community champions, and campus coordinatorsSupport task allocation, progress tracking, and follow-upsEnsure consistency in execution across colleges and regionsAct as an operational point of contact for assigned institutions 5.
