**Responsibilities**:
The Trainee Company Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to company secretarial department. Trainee will be responsible for learning about the company's corporate governance structure and procedures. this role will involve a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and providing support to lawyers in the preparation of cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, and employment contracts.
- Maintain the company's corporate governance records and procedures.
- Assist with the administration of the Legal Department, such as filing documents, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Learn about the company's business operations and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
