What You'll DoAs a Junior Recruitment Assistant, you will serve as the key link between our recruiters and our clients. Your role is essential in ensuring only qualified and well-matched candidates are presented to our clients quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing candidate submissions from recruiters
- Performing quality checks and basic pre-screening
- Matching candidates to open roles based on client criteria
- Submitting selected profiles to clients with speed and precision

- Collaborating with recruiters and account managers for feedback and updates
