We are now expanding our core team with a dynamic, organized, and proactive Talent Operations Assistant to support and optimize our candidate submission flow. What You'll Do As a Junior Recruitment Assistant, you will serve as the key link between our recruiters and our clients. Your role is essential in ensuring only qualified and well-matched candidates are presented to our clients quickly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing candidate submissions from recruitersPerforming quality checks and basic pre-screeningMatching candidates to open roles based on client criteriaSubmitting selected profiles to clients with speed and precisionKeeping trackers and systems organized and up-to-dateCollaborating with recruiters and account managers for feedback and updatesEnsuring every candidate is accurately represented and submitted on time What Were Looking For Experience in recruitment or administrative support (preferred)Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS tools, and digital platformsDetail-oriented with a fast work pace and sense of urgencyIndependent and self-managed, yet collaborative Why Join Us?
