Our core program, Peer Teaching, trains senior students to mentor their juniors in foundational skills like reading and math. End-to-End Recruitment ManagementManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for all open roles.Ensure a consistent, candidate-friendly experience at each stage.Identify and close hiring gaps proactively.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and partnerships.2. Stakeholder EngagementTrain and support hiring managers to follow consistent and unbiased hiring practices.Coordinate with internal teams (People, Operations, Program) to ensure alignment on job roles, timelines, and budgets.Provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and metrics.3. Process Improvement & DocumentationRegularly review and improve recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation.Maintain and update job descriptions, interview rubrics, and evaluation tools.Ensure all processes are compliant with organisational values and legal standards.4. Candidate Experience & Employer BrandingMaintain a transparent and respectful recruitment process that reflects organizational culture.Collect feedback from candidates and teams to improve future hiring cycles.Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.Why you should join us:1) The 15% at Involve15% of your work-time (~1 hr/day) at Involve will be allotted for collaborative learning in the initial months.
