Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and responsible Denim Cloth Inspection & Packing Supervisor to oversee quality checking, measurement, finishing, and packing of denim fabrics. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage a team efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the inspection of denim fabric for defects, shade variations, measurements, and finishing quality.Ensure proper folding, numbering, tagging, and bundling of inspected fabric rolls or panels.Monitor the packing process, ensuring accurate labeling, weight, and dispatch readiness.Maintain daily inspection and packing records, production reports, and defect summaries.Train helpers/operators and improve team productivity.Coordinate with the quality, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.Skills Required:Strong understanding of denim fabric, defects, shrinkage, GSM, and quality standards.Team management and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of measurement tools, inspection machines, and packing procedures.Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.Experience:Minimum 3–5 years in denim or textile inspection/packing supervision.
