**Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence Associate**

The Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team serves as a bridge between data engineering and business end-users, consolidating and analyzing large datasets to create actionable reports and dashboards. As a member of the Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team, you will play an end-to-end role in developing intuitive and interactive dashboards to empower GLG stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. This will also involve LookML data modeling and design, as well as the development and maintenance of our centralized data warehouse. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across business lines, leveraging collective expertise to deliver tailored reporting solutions. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous enhancement and optimization of data assets at GLG.

Solid experience working with modern enterprise business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, QlikView, Power BI) and good experience within a SQL environment is a requirement. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team is also essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with GLG stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective LookML models, dashboards, and reports.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our centralized data warehouse.
- Optimize and maintain existing Looker dashboards, data models, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Looker dashboards, reports, and underlying databases in a timely manner.
- Work closely with data engineers to integrate new data sources, improve data quality, and optimize data infrastructure.
- Create and maintain documentation of dashboards, metrics, and methodologies.
- Facilitate the adoption of Looker by delivering training and assistance to business end-users.
- Essential to possess a suitable workspace at home as the role offers the opportunity to work from home.
- Work autonomously with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with relational databases and proficient in SQL.
- Working knowledge of one or more Enterprise Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, QlikView, Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical concepts.
- Strong documentation skills with an ability to identify, define, and document business requirements functionality and systems.
- Experience in version control tools like GitHub preferred.
