**About the role**:
Role Purpose As an Enterprise Operations Assistant you will be responsible for providing both scheduled and ad-hoc reports to support our customers.
The role purpose is to support the Enterprise team with reporting to ensure a smooth running of Onecom Enterprise accounts.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver Timely, Accurate Reports
- Liaising with Sales teams to ensure reporting requirements are understood
- Maintaining bespoke and complex account processes, each with varying requirements
- Responsible to run and maintain a set of ‘standard’ reports that can take billing data and be used to generate specified information to be presented to customers
- Align the Customer expectation with the offering. By understanding our standard and non-standard reports we present to customers, this function is responsible for updating customers with the status of their services
- To support the change to any process that is not fit for purpose. Discussing with the Client Directors to find the balance between an efficient and desirable process that is not too resource-sapping at the same time.
- Running and checking automated reports using Salesforce to send to Client Directors
- Working with client directors to streamline and improve reporting packs
- Creating new processes to boost productivity reporting value
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
