**Job summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled **Purchase Coordinator** to oversee our manufacturing operations. A Purchase Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process within an organization. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, handling purchase orders, and ensuring that the company’s purchasing needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The Purchase Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, negotiating terms with vendors, and ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have any bachelor's degree
- 0-2Y Experience in Purchase Department
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and maintain relationships.
- Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering to prevent stockouts.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports for management.
- Verify that purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and inventory status.
- Monitor and control Purchase costs, identifying opportunities for savings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
