The Quality Assurance/Quality Control (Civil) is responsible for developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures to ensure that construction projects comply with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations. The role involves monitoring the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.The specific requirements for a **QA/QC role at GrowthMind** would focus on ensuring quality management in their projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement QA/QC Procedures**:

- Create and enforce project-specific QA/QC plans in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Establish quality benchmarks and testing procedures for materials and construction activities.

**Inspection and Testing**:

- Perform regular inspections of construction work, including foundations, structures, and finishes, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
- Oversee the testing of materials such as concrete, steel, and soil to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Witness and approve third-party testing, as required.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and submit them to the project manager.

**Monitor Construction Processes**:

- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Check and verify that all equipment and materials used in the project meet the required standards.

**Non-Conformance Management**:

- Identify and record non-conformances, and ensure corrective and preventive measures are taken.
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality standards are maintained across all project stages.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss QA/QC progress and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3-6+ years of experience in construction quality assurance/quality control, preferably in large-scale civil projects.
- Experience in quality management systems.

**Working Conditions**:
**Work Environment**: On-site, construction projects (with possible office-based
work for reporting and planning).
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform physical inspections on the job site, which may involve climbing, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- **Work Hours**: Full-time position with flexibility for extended hours as required by project timelines.
- Ensure timely handover of quality-related documentation during project completion or audits.
- Implement and promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality management processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
