**Job Summary**:
Assurance Developers is seeking a **Project Coordinator Intern** to support the successful execution of construction projects by assisting in planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication. This role provides hands-on experience in coordinating tasks between different teams, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining project efficiency. Based on performance, this internship may lead to a full-time role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits.
- Support communication between project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and assist in problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing status reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Conduct site visits to track project progress and gather necessary information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of construction project workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
