Civil Assurance Specialist

The role of a Senior Civil QA/QC Engineer is to oversee and implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with civil standards and regulations.
- Quality Control: Develop and execute comprehensive quality control strategies to guarantee the highest standards in the civil industry.
- Inspections and Tests: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials and reports to ensure they meet civil quality benchmarks.
- Defect Identification: Accurately identify defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate checklists, including inspection reports and test results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless quality control processes and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Training: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to maintain exceptional standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management in Civil, or equivalent.
- Certifications: Certifications in quality management, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control principles, statistical process control, and industry regulations.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities.
