**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review tender opportunities from various sources (e.g., government, private sector) to identify relevant tenders.
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure that all documents are compliant with submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Submit completed tenders through appropriate channels and confirm receipt.
- Maintain a database of tenders and track their status throughout the entire tendering process.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders during the tender process.
- Ensure timely responses to any requests for clarifications or additional information from clients.
- Assist in the post-tender stage, including preparing presentations or engaging with clients for contract negotiations, if required.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to tendering.
- Provide reports on tendering activities and outcomes to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Tender Executive, Tender Coordinator, or similar role in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to review complex documents and ensure accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tender-related software.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a specific sector (e.g., construction, engineering, IT, etc.) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of e-tendering platforms and digital submission processes.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,118.57 - ₹25,067.83 per month
