Description

You will be responsible for collecting data from various databases to provide data insights and analysis for smooth functioning of Supply Chain functions such as Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, and Logistics

**KEY AREAS**:
**Inventory Accounting**:
Verification of Inv Ledgers post receipt from various stakeholders like Warehouse & Supply chain team.

Verifications of B2B transactions and submitting the same to Finance post verification.

Freezing of Purchase Register’s MTD & YTD basis and submitting to finance.

Creating Provisions basis, the data received from stakeholders and sharing with finance.

Reconciling the gap in actual vs theoretical valuation.

Handling end to end ownership of Inv related data to be submitted to Finance.

**Reporting & Dashboarding**:
Analysis of Inventory Month-Month for identifying gaps in inventory levels & purchase costs.

To control overall Zoho related activities for supply chain and verifying the entries.

Ensuring all reports are shared within the deadline to avoid delays in Inventory Valuation.

**Coordination with Finance team for inventory accuracy**

Providing all data related to tax compliance to the finance team as and when requested.

Example: Purchase Reco, Valuation Files, IFC Audit related documents etc.

**Skills and Competencies**

Data/numbers-oriented approach

Experienced with Supply chain and Finance responsibiliƟes.

Well versed at excel/other data analysis tools and Proficient in quanitaƟve & qualitaive analysis.

Good understanding of Supply Chain, Operaions and LogisƟcs processes.

Understanding of Accouning principles and ledgers.

Very organized

Strong verbal & written communicaion

Take ownership of work
- Follow up and conclude the task that was assigned

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
**4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Finance preferably in FMCG industry**

**4+ years of experience working with MS Excel, visualization tools**

Good verbal/written communication skills in English

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
