**Designation **: Telesales Executive

**Job Role**
- Handling both inbound & Outbound calls
- Converts inquiries into sales by making outbound/inbound calls.
- Call to present or prospective guest by answering incoming calls
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**Responsibilities**:_
- Making outbound call to prospective Guest & Agents
- Providing details of Resort
- Daily Reporting
- Generating appointments & meetings for business development team.
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with guest.
- Making effective follow ups with all guests.

**Key Skills**
- Positive attitude & goal oriented
- Good Communications & convincing skills
- Excellent communication Skills (English or Hindi)

Job Profile: -Tele caller/Telemarketing Executive

Experience:

- 1 Year and above in same industry will be prefer

Location: - Lucknow

Industry: - Hospitality (will be prefer_)_

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
