**Duration / Location**:Full Time / Lasundra, Kathwada Road / Ahmedabad

**Work Hours**:Reporting Time: 9.15 am, Hours: 9:30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Position**: Project Executive - Operation & Maintenance Supervisor

**Primary Role**: Operation & maintenance of the solar plant

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine operation and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar PV systems, including cleaning, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Record and report daily operational data, including energy generation, losses, and maintenance activities.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in solar equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging solar technologies.
- Contribute to documentation, including maintenance logs and performance analysis reports.

**Qualification**

B.TECH/B.E in Electrical/Diploma

**Experience**

2 years - 3 years (Specific Solar Project / Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance)

**Age**

28 Years and above (non-negotiable)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
