**Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Executive - Cosmetics & Personal Care**

**Location**: Kheda - Gujrat
**Compensation**: up to 6 LPA

EXP - 4 TO 7 YEARS

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Study **legal documents** and collate regulatory information across markets.
- Ensure compliance with **Cosmetics & Perfumes Regulatory Agency** guidelines and country-specific requirements.
- Stay updated with **regulatory legislation changes** and guidelines.
- Define requirements for **labelling, storage, and packaging.**:

- Maintain **product drawings, artworks, and document distribution records.**:

- Prepare and maintain **MSDS, QQF, and country-specific documents**.
- Support **QC/QA procedures** with record keeping, specifications, and inspection schedules.
- Draft specifications for **In-process, Intermediate, Raw Material (RM), and Packaging Material (PM)** testing.
- Prepare **test data sheets** for RM, PM, intermediates & stability testing.
- Conduct and review **Impact Assessment / Risk Assessment reports.**:

- Ensure GMP compliance in **raw material and batch documentation.**:

- Review, update, and approve **artworks** as per country-wise legal requirements.
- Prepare **certificates** including COA, GMP, No Animal Testing, Impurities, and Free Sale Certificates.
- Monitor and research new **regulatory updates** proactively to ensure product compliance.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of **personal care regulatory documentation.**

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of **US FDA & EU regulatory requirements.**:

- Expertise in preparing **MSDS, COA, PIF, CPNP files.**:

- Sound understanding of **Indian Drug & Cosmetic Act (Schedule S & GMP).**:

- Hands-on experience with **JD Edwards / MS Office tools.**:

- Excellent **English communication** (written & verbal).
- Strong **problem-solving** and **result-oriented** approach.
- Knowledge of **environmental monitoring, calibration of instruments, and cosmetic RM/PM stability tests.**:

- Excellent **documentation, reporting, and analytical skills** with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset.
- Capable of handling multiple projects with accuracy under regulatory timelines.
