Position: UI/UX Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented **UI/UX Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centered digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets both functional and aesthetic requirements, enhancing the user experience and driving engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Design high-fidelity, interactive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Develop visually appealing layouts with a focus on usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Design icons, buttons, navigation elements, and other UI components.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze and define user flows, site maps, and information architecture to improve the overall user journey.
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and consistent user experiences across platforms.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, business objectives, and user needs.
- **Design Systems and Guidelines**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Create and document design guidelines, ensuring a coherent visual language and user experience across the product suite.
- **Continuous Learning and Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine and improve design output.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** as a UI/UX Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in **design tools** such as **Adobe XD**, **Figma**, **Sketch**, **Illustrator**, and **InVision**.
- Experience in creating **wireframes**, **prototypes**, and **high-fidelity mockups**.
- A solid understanding of **UX principles** such as usability, interaction design, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with **HTML/CSS** and an understanding of front-end development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **responsive design** and designing for multiple screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Ability to conduct **user research** and usability testing, and integrate insights into the design process.
- A keen eye for **typography**, **color theory**, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, collaborative environment** while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
- **Strong communication** and **presentation skills**, with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **UX writing** and microcopy is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Agile** or **Scrum** methodologies.
- **Experience in motion design** or animations is a bonus.
- A degree or certification in **Graphic Design**, **Interaction Design**, **Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)**, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
