**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage data in Excel, including reporting and tracking customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to generate business.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- **Females only**.
