We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Sales Executive**to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of sales experience who are passionate about building a career in sales and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and Leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- 0 to 6 months of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales reporting systems.
- Fluency in English and local language.
