**JOB TITLE**: TELESALES EXECUTIVE- IB

The position shall be responsible for driving the growth of Videojet All Product business, in Pharma segment and to coordinate the Pharma activities.
**WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL**:
This position will be responsible for periodic calling the existing customers of Videojet for their requirement of fluids/ parts and services.
Calling the existing customers of Videojet for their requirements of fluids / parts / service.
Negotiation skill for Price revisions with Annual Rate Contracts for customers
Updating daily activities using SFDC / CRM tools.
Preparing and sending quotations, Performa Invoices and coordinating for Purchase Orders from the customers.
Coordinating with the IB Sales Coordinators for processing the orders.
Coordination with Service/IB and other teams for the matter related to customers.
Retention and regain of customers
Achieve total revenue and other related KPIs.
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS**:
High competency with prospect engagement on phone is essential.
Working knowledge of Excel
Must be disciplined & productive in overall working. Must be a team player.
**YOUR EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:
Education - Bachelor Degree.
