**Job Summary**:
As a Debt Collector for the USA market, your primary responsibility is to talk with individuals with overdue debts and facilitate the repayment process. You will negotiate payment arrangements, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact Debtors: Communicate with debtors via phone to discuss outstanding debts.
- Negotiate Payment Plans: Establish feasible repayment plans based on debtors' financial circumstances and creditor requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements, including payment schedules and updates
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for effectively negotiating and explaining debt obligations.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade debtors to agree to beneficial repayment plans.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with federal and state debt collection laws, including the FDCPA.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Analyze debtor situations, identify solutions, and handle objections or disputes effectively.
- Persistence: Maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging or resistant debtors

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or related fields.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
