The Engineer will be part of a 24/7 IT backup operations team, responsible for managing and troubleshooting Storage (Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, Alletra, MSA, SAN, StoreOnce, MSA Library) and Backup technologies (Rubrik, Commvault, Data Protector, NetBackup). Key responsibilities include maintaining and supporting storage infrastructure, managing complex backup solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations and system recovery.
**Experience Required**:
- 5+ years in IT with hands-on experience in HPE storage (Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, Alletra, MSA) and backup software (Rubrik, Commvault, NetBackup, etc.)
- Expertise in SAN administration, backup software, tape libraries, and SAN connectivity.
- Knowledge of SNMP, SMTP, iSCSI, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with OS (Windows, Linux, VMware) and virtualization concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
**Must Have Experience**:
- Storage administration (Nimble, 3PAR, MSA, etc.)
- SAN fundamentals, Switch Zoning, FOS upgrade
- Backup software (Rubrik, Commvault, NetBackup)
- Experience with HPE StoreOnce, MSL Tape Library
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
