Experience:
- Total experience: - 2 years' experience in captain or similar role.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education: -High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of POS systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all dining activities to ensure efficient operation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee the seating arrangements and reservations to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership during peak hours and assist in any area of the restaurant as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie among staff.
