Female ,Graduate with 4/7 year experience in Personal secretary
- All administrative duties including booking business travel, organizing video conferences,
- To handle mailboxes, and coordinate with stakeholders
- To arrange appointments, maintain schedules, and block meeting rooms as required
- To organize and service meetings, prepare the agenda and take down minutes of the meeting
- To prioritize workload appropriately
- To file, prepare and collate various reports
- To log and process bills or expenses and make travel arrangements
- External & Internal meeting and event planning
- Liaise with other support functions.
- Calendar Management

Age below 40 year old preferably

Salary : As per the industry standard

Holiday : Sunday and Alternate Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
