**Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai**

**Timing: 8am to 8pm**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- **Site Supervision**:Manage and supervise the on-site staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations of staff performance. Address any staff issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Incident Management**:Investigate and report any incidents or accidents that occur on the site. Implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents and ensure continuous improvement of site safety and security.
- **Visitor Management**: Check Visitors in and out, ensuring they are authorized and out, ensuring they are authorized and have the necessary credentials to access the site
- **Surveillance**:Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches. Conduct regular patrolling of the premises to identify any suspicious activity.
- **Safety and Incident Response**: Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, or threats, and take appropriate action. Assist in evacuating the premises during emergencies and ensure the safety of all individuals. Report and record any security incidents or irregularities in the logbook.
- **Customer Service**:Provide directions and assistance to visitors Handle inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to the company's security policies and procedures. Conduct security checks of bags and belongings, especially in areas requiring heightened security.
- **Safety Checks**: Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure that security and safety measures are in place, such as checking locks, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits.
- **Vehicle and Materials Checks**: Inspect and log vehicles entering and exiting the site, verifying that materials being transported are accounted for and authorized.
- **Incident Reporting**: Document and report any suspicious activities

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, such as patrolling.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Observation**: Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
- **Integrity**: High level of integrity and honesty, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Education**: 10th
- The role may involve standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- Work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors.
