Job Profile:

- Co-ordinate logistics for material movement and subsequently complete related Export-Import documentation (Sea / Air freight), Preparing & forwarding pre-shipment, post-shipment documents.
- Co-ordinate between customer, plant and external agencies to manage hassle free dispatch
- Coordination with CHA for efficient and smooth Customs Clearance.
- Maintaining Exports Record in ERP System.
- Duty Drawback Reconciliation / Records Maintain Shipping Bill wise.
- Handling all activity under EPCG and Advance license / Redemption
- Handling Re-Export and Re-Import shipments
- Preparing & claiming post - export incentive (Duty Drawback, MEIS, FPS, Brand Rate Fixation) in accordance with rules to DGFT
- Obtaining certificate from various agencies such as certificated of origin from MCCIA, & GSP as per requirement.
- Define the standard packing for Exports Shipments
- Preparation of Monthly MIS reports
- Tracking of export shipment

Skills:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication in English language is must.**
- **Tally ERP**

**Salary**: ₹9,584.47 - ₹31,132.35 per month
