Ecommerce Cataloging Executive

We are looking to hire an Ecommerce Cataloging Executive with experience in cataloging, media editing and content creation with the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment towards managing our listings on various portals and preparing content (text + creatives) for marketing

Ecommerce Cataloging Executive Job Responsibilities:

- **Prepare, manage, optimize and curate media and content**

Task - Getting the media (photos, videos) from vendors, editing & processing the media for optimum utilisation and preparing the content (name, details, captions, descriptions, etc.)
Scope - To be prepared & optimised for cataloging, social media & marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely cataloging on all portals (shopify, myntra, ajio, tatacliq, nykaa)
- Ensure accurate media & content creation for social media & marketing campaigns
- Regular updation of catalogs on landing pages, homepages (website)
- Downloading & preparing excel reports of work status & performances of all catalogs, marketing campaigns & content calendars
- Use of various apps as installed by the company to process the above (canva, excel, shopify, respective portals, etc. where training of specific requirement will be given)

Work Hours & Location
- You will be required to operate from our Kandivali Head Office
- Working hours will be from 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday or meeting deadlines when required

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in media / marketing or Diploma in digital marketing
- Proven working experience in catalogin, media editing. Experience from fashion industry will be preferred
- Working knowledge of media editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoeditor, Inshot, Adobe, etc.)
- Proficiency to work on new apps with an ability to learn

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (all inclusive CTC)

- Media Editing: 1 year (required)
- Overall work experience: 2 years (preferred)
